Raptor/Vertimax Training

Resistance band training to increase kinesthetic awareness along with teaching athletes how to decelerate and land properly to decrease injury and development better coordination patterns.

Gym Workout

Out of season training to increase overall strength and power output specific to the sport.

In Season Injury Prevention Training

Physical Therapy Session

Preventative and body awareness training using corrective exercises due to repetitive movements from sports that can create muscle imbalances

Court Rental

Shooting Membership: $50 (you must shoot at least 3 times a week)
